We are a full service liquidation company specializing in estate contents, attic clean-outs, tag sales and auctions.  No job is too small or too big for us.  We cover Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio.  We will travel to other locations as needed.  Licensed and Insured.  Downsizing, Relocating, Liquidating or thinning out the collection, we got you covered.
 
Our roots run deep in collecting. Mike’s dad, Joe, got him started at a young age.  “I have fond memories of my dad taking me to an old house and pushing me up in the attic through a crawl space in the closet to see what treasures we could find”.  “Those initial interactions got me hooked.  I just love seeing what history we can save and preserve”.
 
We know how stressful it can be when you have an estate or huge collection to deal with.  It can be overwhelming both physically and emotionally.  We offer several ways to help.  It all starts with a simple phone call to 724-771-2021 explaining what you have. We will use our vast knowledge and extensive marketing campaigns to get the most for your items.  We take pride in being professional, timely and honest.
 
Purchasing:
We can buy out the entire estate or selected items to meet your needs.  ***Dumpster fees may apply
 
Attic clean-outs:
It is usually pretty difficult and time consuming getting stuff up or down the stairs from either attic or basement. But we love it and will gladly remove those items for you. We will make sure that the space is back to being free from clutter.  ***Dumpster fees may apply
 
Estate or Tag Sales:
In some cases it makes sense to have an on-site estate or tag sale.  We would be happy to price the items and have a 2-day sale.  35% commission rates apply. 
 
Consignments:
You can consign your items with us and we will auction them for you.  15% seller fees apply.  Listing fees and any other fees associated with the sale of your items are EXTRA and NOT included.  These fees will be subtracted from the final net sales.
